1. What Exactly Do I Get?

We will begin the challenge by doing a body composition scan, we will use that get specific goals for you. These are yours to keep forever. You'll get a customized nutrition plan and recipes, bi-weekly scans and weekly check-ins. Daily, you will have access to your coach through our messaging app. Bi-Weekly we will be doing your inbody scan to make sure that you are staying on track with your nutrition and make any changes needed to hit your goals

Non-Members will also receive up to 3 workouts per week!


2. What is the success rate of this challenge?

We've partnered with a company called Atomic Nutrition & Lifebase Solutions, where the focus is on flexible eating and habits based nutrition. Rather than looking at food as an arbitrary set of numbers like counting calories or macros. We've comprehensively studied this program and found it to be the best choice for our style of training and longevity. Through the LifeBase Solutions Nutrition Platform, you are given actual macros based off your body and your goals, no guessing! This program is founded in education and the results we've seen are impressive but you always get what you put in. For those who show up and follow the plan the success rate is 90%+!

3. What do the workouts consist of?

Three times a week you will have the opportunity to attend our trainer lead group class to give you a total body workout! These workouts will be scaled to your level so that you are getting the appropriate stimulus of the workout. Workouts will be 60-minutes long and full body in nature. You may choose any 3 class times from the schedule below to attend and do not have to commit to the same days/times each week.
