1. What Exactly Do I Get?

We will begin the challenge by doing a body composition scan, we will use that get specific goals for you. These are yours to keep forever. You'll get our 4 Pillar system that will include mini challenges and check-ins. Weekly, you will have access to your coach through our accountability sessions. These sessions will allow us to check in with you and your fellow challengers to talk about wins, struggles and teach you new tools. At the end of the challenge, we will perform another body composition scan to get your results!

2. What is the success rate of this challenge?

We've partnered with a company called Atomic Nutrition, where the focus is on flexible eating and habits based nutrition. Rather than looking at food as an arbitrary set of numbers like counting calories or macros. We've comprehensively studied this program and found it to be the best choice for our style of training and longevity. This program is founded in education and the results we've seen are impressive but you always get what you put in. For those who show up and follow the plan the success rate is 90%+!

3. What do the workouts consist of?

Three times a week you will have the opportunity to attend our trainer lead group class to give you a total body workout! These workouts will be scaled to your level so that you are getting the appropriate stimulus of the workout. Workouts will be 60-minutes long and full body in nature. We will use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, rowers, bikes and YOU to provide the best experience possible.
