Our custom app will drop content for you every single day. From topics such as how to build better sleep habits to how to combat emotional eating triggers. Our resources and knowledge will give you all of the tools to change your habits, mindset and life skills!



Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will be assigned to one of our coaches. 1. What Exactly Do I Get?

We will begin the challenge by doing a body composition scan, we will use that to build your custom meal plan bundle which includes grocery list, meal builder, eating out guides, etc. These are yours to keep forever. You'll also get to participate in all functions and special events exclusive to this challenge. You'll also get access to a special app that has your daily habits and check-in features to communicate with your assigned coach. At the end you will get another body comp scan to document your results. And last, a lifetime of memories and the results are yours to keep at no additional cost.

4. What is the success rate with this challenge?

We've partnered with a company called Atomic Nutrition, where the focus is on flexible eating and habits based nutrition. Rather than looking at food as an arbitrary set of numbers like counting calories or macros. We've comprehensively studied this program and found it to be the best choice for our style of training and longevity. This program is founded in education and the results we've seen are impressive but you always get what you put in. For those who show up and follow the plan the success rate is 90%+!

2. How Do I Get Started?

5. What is Zone 2 Training and when will i do the workouts?

Zone 2 training refers to heart rate based workouts. The workouts are primarily endurance/cardio style using stationary bikes, rowers, and some running. There will be 3 workouts a week, 1 class led and the other 2 self-led. The class led workout which will meet at 7:30 am on Saturday mornings. Class will consist of a warm up/education, main set, and cool down. Heart rate straps can be purchased from Iron Flag or you can use your own heart rate strap. We are recommending the straps to get a more accurate reading than wrist based heart rate.

The 2 self-led workouts will be listed in the Chalk It Pro app every Sunday evening for the following week. If you are doing this remotely or cannot make the class time, that is not a problem, you will treat the 3rd workout as self led.

3. Can I join if I live out of town?

Yes! We will get you set up with everything you need to make this challenge a success from a far. Our staff will help you set up an InBody scan with a local business and everything else you need can be done virtually!

6. What extra events will I be invited to?

During the challenge we will have a number of exclusive events for participants to make this memorable and fun. We will have a launch day to kick off the program, a potluck sometime during the challenge, a half way check-in, and an post challenge party to award our challenge winners and celebrate our commitment to the process! We will be releasing a calendar of events around the launch of the challenge. We'd love it if you made all of the events but none of them are mandatory.
